Sneaker Friends 09 Recap Photos
By now you’ve heard all about Sneaker Friends 09, and we’ve got the scoop for all the people that couldn’t attend this star studded event. Greg Street hit the “A” with his fourth Sneaker Friends event and boy did he bring out the big dogs. Andre 3000 was posted in the event rocking Jesus sandals and green socks (real talk), but Dre’s swag has always been on another level so it’s all good. We were just happy to see Mr. 3000 in the building. GLC and MC Shan also made guest appearances. Kim D, Hollyweerd, Alex Wig Stanza, and Prynce shut the stage down!
I could type for days about this event, but I’m not. I’ll let the photos do the talking. Just know the big dogs were in the house and it was a good look for the Atlanta sneaker scene. Here’s a taste of who was in the building; MAYOR, OSD Crew, Matt (Corporate), Matt & Greg (Nice Kicks), SkavengerBrandon (Photographer) Mi Gente Clothing, Jason Geter (Grand Hustle), and of course Greg Street.
My shout out list is wayyyyy too long, but shout to EVERYONE that hit the event! However, I have to give a special shout out and big thanks to my TSG Crew (xxCoreyxx, ATL Dunk Junkie, Zorro) and Kick Stand.

YO! G-roc (shady Groc) a big thanks for having us. It was my first time to the A and I’m glad I got to go to the A for the first time with a host like you. Trust me its not the first time you see SkavengerBrandon and Corporate in the A. I met a lot of great people and had a great time in HOTlanta, but again a big thanks homie and also thanks for the shout out and all the love.
Andre 3000 in green socks & Jesus sandals! LOL! I could def picture that vividly in my mind….

I was rocking the orange Bo’s 98 retro, MAYOR was rocking his purple Bespokes, Safe from Mi Gente was rocking the Music Box AF1s, ATL Dunk Junkie – Infrared 6′s, MT from Corporate Olympic Air Jordan 4 (yes, 4′s), xxCoreyxx Jackie Robinson Griffeys, SK Brandon True Blue 3′s, and the list goes on.
