Supra Footwear Holiday 2009 Releases
Supra is going hard in the paint when it comes to new releases. At the Agenda Tradeshow Supra is letting everyone view their upcoming releases, and they also are suppose to unveil the Skytop II. These are all weak. The only supras I’ve seen that will drop later this year that are worth coppin are the black pony hair joints. And that’s because they remind me of my black Fridays and I Love those sneaks. And the new tk colorway is horrible and the all red skytop 2 are horrible as well. Supra is falling off in my opion. That’s just my opion and I still got much love for supra I’m just waiting for another monumental colorway or new model to make me want to go and buy some agian.
The leather that they’re using reminds me of the cheap pleather that was used on horrible 1970’s couches
Supra tries too hard, and fails miserably.
Supra is in a weird position right now…they still dont really have a viable number 2 product..Skytops are truly the flavor…TK’s came on real heavy in the bigging now they are kinda blewing in the wind…I STILL havent seen anyone rocking the red joints yet…(i know im waiting to cop on sale)…..I dont think more and more colorways is really the right solution for what they are trying to do…Supra has to decide to either be a niche player in the market ala Nike SB which only produces one or two colorways per month…or more mainstream focused..ala Nike Sportswear with many colors and different models to put them on….Ill be honest, I dont think Supra is fresh enough for a full blast line with mulitple colorways…I think they should stay niche and keep the streets thirsting for more…Even Supra’s that im feeling I dont cop cause the market is OVERLOADED..everyone from CCS to Zappos to Zumiez already marks them down so why rush..not sure thats a good look…

both of the skytops are dope IMO
told yall the TK’s were gonna be the biggest flop in 09… the hype was dead before the shoe dropped

ugh….dissapointment mostly. the best things they have are those black and blue vaiders cause they look like a throwback to 07…. please supra dont fail me.
