Supreme x Nike Air Force 1 Low 2012 – Teaser
Looking back at Supreme’s long legacy of successful collabs, one of their most monumental pillars of success has been linked back to their Nike SB collabs. Their healthy portfolio of successful collaborations has afforded the brand to now move about the Nike campus into other divisions outside of the skateboarding territory and into NSW. Since the Air Force 1 is vastly approaching 30, it was only right that the curators of the iconic shoe’s special projects enlist some of Nike’s best and brightest companies and boutiques. With that being said, Supreme does what they do best and from the looks of the teaser, they worked incredibly hard at keeping it incredibly simple. A gum bottom anchors a white midsole and somber black suede upper with minimal Box Logo branding nearing the tail of the swoosh and on the tongue label. I wouldn’t say Supreme has a “Long” legacy of good collabs maybe about 5 or 6. The SB High & lows, The Checkerboard Vans, SB Trainers, PE Vans & Upcoming Clarks. Considering they go multiple collabs each year that’s not much.

supreme collabs are hit or miss with me…these are possibly a miss. while the materials might be nice, the colorway is damn simple and i have a feeling these are gonna go for some outrageous price because of the supreme branding alone
