Big ups to everyone that showed up to our 3 Year Anniversary event. In case you haven’t heard, we shut Lenox Square Mall down! Well, the NikeStore Lenox Square Mall to be exact. Such a wonderful event, and I would like to thank all the ATL heads that showed up. Also, thank you to all the other states that came to show love. Thank you Nike, and special thanks to the NikeStore Lenox staff!
BIG THANKS to NikeStore Lenox, TSG Staff, MAYOR, Greg Street, Matt of Corporate, and Franalations. MAYOR drove (Yes, I said drove) down for the event, Street kept the event live, Matt flew in from Cincinnati, and Franalations flew from Los Angeles. Now that’s LOVE! By the way, NikeStore Lenox is the best, TSG Staff rocks, MAYOR is that dude, Street’s been down wayyyy before TSG, Matt is a blackberry/twitter addict (seriously), and Franaltions is one of the coolest cats on the planet.
I was in my zone with soooooo many things going on at once, I had very little time to chat with TSG readers and supporters. My bad. If you saw me in work mode, I’m sure you totally understand. The event was everything I prayed for and more. Thanks once again, and stay tuned for the photo and video recap.

Last night was dope.. i want to say big ups to the homie g roc for putting on a very dope get together. Good looking seeing team atl in the building and the OG fam Sean, Vince and TC doing it major. I have about 50 pics of shoes from the night just went around snapping on everyone.. looking forward to next year.. and ive got some BIG things for the A coming up in 10. I have a strong support team and none of it would even be possible with out them. Look foward to showing what we have. And shouts to all the people i met some I know your names some I dont.. see you at the space jam party.

Props to TheShoeGame I couldn’t be out there but I know it had to be dope, G-Roc you get mad respect from me for starting up a shoe site and being so succesful at it man, I know it had to be hard at times but you got it done so props bro. I can’t wait for pics and videos of this event, and like TokyoMike said I have plans to be out there next year cuz I just live 3 hrs from the A anyway.

DJ Ace was crsuhing ‘em on the 1′s & 2′s, Mayor is one of the most humble cats on the planet! CJ from Konsole Kingz was in the building. J Dollar from WCCI was out showing love, T from Prestigious was in there. Moses Davis from Atlantic records popped up. The homie Pill came through to show love. Maurice Garland from OZONE magazine was on deck. The big homie Shawn from Walter’s was in full effect mode and of course THE GORilla was there representing ah-dee-dahz in all of my 3 Stripes glory with the “All Day I Dream About…” Superstars. G_Roc I’ll say it again bruh VERY VERY PROUD OF YOU!!! YOU DESERVE EVERY BIT OF SUCCESS YOU GET!!! Banging event! Way to celebrate 3yrs. Y’all had cats lined up down to Standard waiting to get in! LOL @ Matt’s kicks blurred. He def broke necks with those, still trying to figure out what joints they were. G was on grind mode. Franalations had to be upping video from the laptop all night. T and Will, Roscoe Dash “turnt it up”, Street, Mayor, ADJ, Sneaker Boy Society, and prolly a host of TSG fam that I missed on while chillin in the cut. Speed lacing competition, trivia, lotta “feet heat(c)”, lots of giveaways, positive event, and great turnout even with the Puma store trying to compete! Congrats G-Roc and wishes for many more years of success…where was the homie Bailey Crumb tho?!?! LOL

@DunksonDeck, I believe Greg Street was using gold (colorway not available in stores) BeatsbyDr.Dre-TM Studio headphones… If you haven’t tried them, go do it now.. worth every penny. I have a big boy KRK 2.1 monitor system in the studio and still bought a pair… Thinking about copping some solos for my white 3Gs.

If it wasnt for having to take Finals during the week, I would have definitely made the trip. I’m a New Yorker so it’s harder to travel but I Love TSG…absolutely LOVE it. Shouts to Fran…I saw his show me your sneaker collection vid and it was crazy…shouts to Matt from Corporate…I saw some of the vids he did at his store and he recorded sneaker Daves video which was crazy…shouts to G Roc for making TSG an absolute plesure for everyone…did I mention I love TSG? I was there last night crazy heat left and right. Myw sa cre saw the dude in the middle’s kicks and they were crazy fake. Not even rare samples just straight up knockoffs, they were 5′s with a all blue toe panel, obviously werent any samples or anything. but dope event, dope atmosphere…Word of advice if your not a sneaker head dont disrespect the event by coming with fakes!
