The Air Jordan Fusion 8 Takes the Fusion Series Up a Notch
According to this video, the AJF8 takes the Fusion Series up a notch. Do you agree? Surely everyone wants to add their two cents, and that’s where the comments section comes in handy. People that don’t have any hard feelings about the Fusion line should know the Aqua Jordan 8 Fusion drops this Saturday, March 6th.

its still a fusion no doubt about that so even though they comming out with the aqua colorway which i really want i still wont buy that fusion. the only fusion i like is the premier jordan fusion 4 with the blue suede and the red suede. Dont get me wrong not a bad shoe but naw i still wont cop.
I’m feeling the fusions. 4′s, 8′s, and 9′s in particular. I’m a ‘snot nose’ in this whole collecting thing but IMO it’s all a part of evolution and change. Yea some things are best left alone. But not all re-makes are trash. Just “classics” for the next generation. Just my feelings, i may be wrong.

I dont think they took it up a notch its right there with the same pairs one of the best if i had to choose was the fusion 4s 9s 20s. Also i saw these out already in the DMV area hope the youngins can grab a pair they love the fusions to death
FUCKIN UGLY!!! Jordan needs to give up on the fusions the F12′s were enough and thats all that should of been dropped… thats just my opinion tho…
Didnt see the video but may be they mean the colorway itself i mean out of the 8s the aqua is one of the best if not the best

wouldnt mind getting my pigeons and taxis done as well, its not fair that just cuz of who they are they can get that done.. if someone can pay for it and its a service that can be done thats how it should be!! no reason why i shouldnt be able to walk into 21 mercer with some sb’s and pay a fee to get the soles taken off and have af1 soles put on… smh

Not bad, fusion or not. If this was an original release peeps would be all over this. But its “cool” to hate on them LOL The sneaker game has become like High School.
Not a hater of the Fusion movement. Some of them are okay, some are not. It’s primarily for the younger heads coming up. These will be their grails like the Grape V’s or Jordan XI Concords are ours. Forward progress is a must in any business. Simple economics. You supply something people want/need they will buy it.

Fusions aren’t forward progress….they are a lack of creativity. Strictly elementary.
Fusions are pretty interseting….if you are an avid collector or been around for a minute..the idea of meshing two things together or changing an OG is sacrilige (look at what happened when Chrysler merged with Mercedez..what a disaster that was) but I saw an interview with Gentry and he made a really great point…you cant have retro’s forever…The reason why we beast over retro’s is because we of a certain age remember when….Some 15 year old kid dont remember when…He was in diapers when MJ was doing his thing..He has more of a connection to Kobe then MJ..but it aint cool to beast for Kobes (well not yet anyway)…Fusions are a new line for the kids to go crazy for…I see more kids rocking them then anything…When they are our age (Sorry Im not going to date myself) they will remember when…then Eureka a new age of retro’s can begin….
I don’t mind these at all….the name of the game is progress, and you gotta try new stuff if you wanna find that diamond in the rough….these don’t look bad at all….Jordan 8′s by themselves aren’t the best looking sneaker, so you can almost argue that they improved on a classic, IF you’re more into AF1′s and like that some of the Jordan attributes are replaces with Air Force hardware.

by the way i own only 2 pairs of fusions the AJF9′s (White/Carolina Blue/Blk) & the AJF9′s (White/Blk/Red)… the only two i’ve wanted out the line (id probably would of fck with the AJF8′s White/Maize/Blk if it wasn’t only GradeSchool SiZe)

I won’t lie, the only fusions i’ve ever felt were the Aqua 8′s (just for the colorway) and the Fusion 4′s. By the way im 16…
on looks ALONE…they look hott. I just personally wouldn’t spend my hard-hustled cheddar on some fusions…they ain’t cheap and I can cop hott retros for the same price as AFjordans…So needless to say, I’m NOT coppin.
Not to mention I, and I’m assuming everyone elsee, like to stand out and be different from the crowd. I hate when someone has the same shoe as me on! Luckily it never happens cuz my area is not that heavily sneakerhead-populated. And my sh$&’s the freshest lol. EVERYONHE has the fusionsss. And there isn’t much worse in the sneakergame then when you have a hott pair of Jordan’s on and some kid comes up w/ the same shoe fusioned and says “Hey we got the same kicks on!” or somethinaaahhhhh SSSSSS MMMMMMMM HHHHHHHHH!!!
