  1. Not too sure about the other stores. I heard JB will have a meeting about how they will split up a few pairs to other stores. Not sure, but that’s what I heard. As for the confirmed stores, that’s the list above!

  2. yo can you buy them online at like finishline or astbay or something?

  3. eastbay**

  4. ^I’m not sure about that. It’s 21 stores above, so it’s no telling what JB is going to do. Maybe they will release a few pairs online?

  22. ^I also thought Chi-Town would get more love…it just makes sense!

  23. Yes Atl is on the list. I don’t want a pair it just makes me feel good to know Atl is getting rare sneaker love. Walters is going to be crazy crazy.

  24. Most of’em are going to NY. Dang, that sux.
No offense to my NY peeps, but that just lessens everyone elses chance at copping.

  29. Comment by C Brown January 13th, 2008 at 1:34 pm

Its a politics thing, from what I understand the list of 23 was developed based on longivity of JB accounts and also based on volume of sales from both Nike and JB accounts…If you look at the stores on the list, these are large volume outpost; most southern or mid-west stores couldn’t compete with the amount of JB products these stores have sold since the Jordan movement began. Im surprised that Dr Jays is not on the list….JB is not stupid they know that by limiting the release it will only help increase demand, even if people dont love them (much like the first Spizike) they will still go on the hunt because of how difficult it will be to get. Im not gonna front, by only selling the first Spizike on the East Coast, it peeked everyones curiosity, then you had to check it out, then eventually it grew on us all….These kicks are hots, and being limited to only 23 pairs per store, shit its gonna be a hunt.

WTF!!!!!! Dude how can jordan not even rep NC, I”m in Wilmington, go to his HS and they aren’t even in Chapel Hill!!!!!

  43. Big Black you got a good point. How could they leave out NC?

They could’ve at least dropped a few pairs there!

  44. Comment by thatbehim January 15th, 2008 at 2:37 pm

If it’s that serious go to air-randy.com and pay more, or drop 4 or 5 bills on them when they’re on ebay, or the flightclub, etc. It’s only the last jordans ever. I mean if you’re a sneaker fanatic and you just have to have the last OG J’s ever that doesn’t seem like too much to do. It’s pretty naive to expect the convenience of just walkin to your neighborhood sneaker store AND only having to pay retail price. Plus it aint like paying retail price is cheap anyway. Me personally if I wanted these which I don’t, I’d rather pay 3 somethin, 4 hundred for them as opposed to camping out of some store for a whole night or bumrushin the store with everybody else when it opens when they probably only got like 2, 3 pairs in my size. And don’t hate NY or the fact MJ was born in Brooklyn haha.

  45. Comment by cwh2006 January 17th, 2008 at 3:25 pm

MJ WAS BORN IN NEW WARK, NJ

  46. Comment by thatbehim January 17th, 2008 at 3:39 pm

You must be talkin about MJ the supervisor at Walmart. # 23 was born in the Brook.

  47. Walters in ATL|are so crooked. I wish NT ATL would have gotten this release. They already got rid of their 23 pairs.
I hate that store so much they told me last year they was not going to get the foamposite ones after my friend copped two pairs that morning.
