TSG 4th Anniversary Party Recap
Last night was CRAZY! In case you’ve been under a rock, last night we held our 4th Anniversary Party at the Nike Running Store located in Lenox Square Mall. People traveled from all over to come party with TSG. One of our readers (UmILikeKicks) even flew from Germany (Yes, Germany) to make sure he was in attendance. I’m still speechless, Charles. Shout out to the 500+ people that came from out of town to kick it with TSG and the Atlanta sneaker community.
As you can imagine, we had a freaking blast. We ended up giving away 19 pairs of sneakers. The Cough Drop Foamposite giveaway was a surprise. Readers that couldn’t make the trip, don’t worry, we will be giving away sneakers on TSG very soon. Anyhow, we gave away sneakers by raffle and we even held a “Whip My Hair” and “Teach Me How To Dougie” contest. Pure comedy. In addition to the giveaways and massive crowd, we also had a few celebrities in the building including G.O.O.D Music/Def Jam artist Cyhi Da Prynce, Yung Joc, Rich Kids, actor Jason Weaver, and Young Dose.
Also, the Cool Grey Air Jordan 11′s were released at midnight. Without talking your head off, let’s just say last night was a night full of fun. Think we’re bluffing? Definitely the party of the year! Great turnout. People asked us all night what were were in line for. The line was similar to the line for the iPhone 4 outside, but much smoother. Thanks for another great party, and thanks for the raffle. Shout out to the raffle winners, attendees, G-Roc, TSG readers, and the reader from Germany, that was definitely special. See ya next year.
Ballin event, just like blackground said shoutout to the TSGFAM G-Roc, and just about everyone who made it. Nice talking to ya fellas and shoutout to Feetheat for helpin me get the Rapid Trainers because I wore them to this event. I noticed I look like a little kid in the pictures, lol.

I must say, I had a GREAT time at the party, and it was nice to meet everyone. And Charles, BIG UPS to you for showing so much love by traveling all the way from Berlin…that was a great look. It was good to meet you and I’m glad we had a chance to chop it up for a few minutes. G-Roc and Calvin, what can I say…another successful event my brothers. Thank you for including me in the festivities. I enjoyed every minute of it. To my TSG fam, let’s keep the party going! One love.

This happened in the TSGCommunity once and was a phenomenal blog! Pretty relevant when I looked through the pics. I had a great time. I’m glad to finally meet some tsg fam (JJH, Blackground) and be reacquainted with some old tsg fam( Mello, John B, Executive,) I wished I could have chop it up with the the rest of the fam. (K. Vegas, becky, Mball) but the party was crazy packed so it was hard to tell who was who. The turnout was big. I’m glad to see so many tsg supporters there. I see nothing but good things in the future for TSG.

Back in the 90′s Nike was KILLLING it with the Trainers! Bo Jacksons, Deions, Barry Sanders, Etc. We wore Trainers on the Reg… And ain’t NEVER do Nan Training. LOL
Shouts to the The Shoe Game. Congrats on 4 Years Once Again. Big Ups to the Nike Lenox Team, and everybody who came out and acted civilized. I heard about people acting a fool in other cities for the Cool Grey launches. ATL keep it peace. Everybody got their shoes, and the TSG.com turned one year older.

Congratulations G-Roc! I follow your website everyday. I live in Mexicali, MEXICO. Keep up the good work. It is hard for us sneakerheads here in Mexico to get a hold of some kicks. The good thing is I live just of the border with Calexico, CA. and it is a 2 hour drive to SD and 3 to LA. Wish you the Best.
