Leah McSweeney (owner of M.O.B) is hella bad azz, and I like that about her. Married to the Mob collaborated with Lacoste for a sneaker project. The kicks feature lace detailing and will retail for $120. These will be available on Saturday, February 13th. Ladies, are you feeling these M.O.B Lacoste kicks?
Everyone’s got love for the adidas ZX line, right? For those of who said yes should know adidas Originals is dropping this ZX 5000. These will be available at adidas Originals retailers soon.
Keith Haring, both artist and activist, has a habit of using his art to serve important social causes, supporting research and caretaking organizations that fight against AIDS. It is with this goal that Tommy Hilfiger Corporate has associated with the Keith Haring Foundation and Artestar LLC. The result is a small collection named Footwear in limited edition, composed of sneakers and rain boots for men, women and kids, in a worldwide preview at colette.

Puma UK will be releasing OG colorways of the successful Puma Suede model. Different colors will drop February 6th, March 27th, and May 8th. UK only!
Nike made Presto fans happy by bringing back the Air Presto. We just got word that Nike will release more colorways for Spring/Summer 2010. The above colorways were spotted in the Nike Japan Summer 2010 catalog, but at this moment we’re not sure if these will be exclusively released in Japan.
New from Reebok is a extra buttery maroon suede Ex-O-Fit High. These are now available at select Reebok accounts.

love those 4′s but im way too poor,are those adidas supposed to be woren when you graduate, jeremy scott is effin horrible, the married to the mob joints are fugly, then nice infrared bite by adidas, prestos are fugly as well, and the kurt cobain converse are always nice, wish i would have picked up the ones that released last year

damn…. been wearing my blk/wht suedes for a while now, and got everyone asking me where to cop a pair. Worst part is, it took me years to find a pair… and now they’re releasing again. At least its a UK exclusive.
I will wait to see if they release those Puma suade stateside. I can get plenty of colors of the suade here to worry about another..

Those MOB Lacoste’s look like antique pieces of crap and those 4′s are about 5,700 dollars overpriced. A stack is the most anyone should pay for a shoe and those don’t look like they’re worth even that. No need to comment on the tassels cause that’s the worst idea ever for a shoe besides the window on the 2K10′s. The Reeboks are the best shoe of this post and I dislike Reeboks a whole lot.

^ speaking of retro 4′s what happened to the retro 4 mars blackmon that I heard coming out this year. I need a pair of retro 4′s badly. the bred, mars, white cement, black lasers or the cool greys. those converses are fresh. I don’t have any converses because I’m into air jordan/nike so there’s a 60 % chance I might have to give them a try.

^^Yeah anybody asking over $1,000.00 for a pair of kicks is smoking crack, let alone $4,500.00…..c’mon, I know they’re “limited” but you’re still only paying for some rubber and leather. I think at the most, even the most sought after “grails” should top out at about $1,200.00 or so…..and even that’s an absolutely obsurd price.
^^^^You haven’t spoken anything but the truth TokyoMike. I get the limited thing too, but that kind of money is ridiculous. The most I ever paid for a pair of shoes was $280. That was for my Grapes 5′s which I traded for the XX3 Titaniums.
I don’t think the price is all that absurd. Simple supply and demand. It’s a collector’s item, super high demand super low supply. Just like coins, art, etc… People pay stacks for limited coins all day. Why shouldn’t limited J’s cost stacks if the market bears the price?

^^@ Backroad….I agree with you to a point….from a reasonable standpoint, sneaker collecting is relatively new and only for a small, niche market of spenders, most of which are young…so in their interests, seeing sneakers with a $4,000.00 price tag is what bothers me….when two grown men are fighting over a pair of
1-of-1′s and it comes down to who wants em more, and they financially decide to end up paying what non-sneakerheads would consider WAY too much, then fine. And let’s face it….I don’t ever see a pair of sneakers becoming so socially relavent, they rate a comparison to a Picasso painting or Michelangelo statue….in the end LEM said is the way I always put it too….they’re only worth what someone’s willing to pay for em.
