I thinking j.b is hyping these release dates up like a nicki minaj album. what has happened to the white cement 3′s, chicago 10′s, and white cement 4′s. they got quiet. j.b is getting us excited for nothin. there hottest release this year will be those powder blue 9′s if there telling the truth.
I’m gettin both. Haters can hate but I like these more than the Infra’s. I’ll get the pack too.
Nothing I need here. Can I just say that buying shoes specifically for St. Patrick’s day is stupid? Same with shoes for Valentine’s day too. Christmas, and Halloween can get away with it, because the shoes are usually nice. But screw Easter shoes too. Pastel piles of ugliness.
those reeboks are def lame, pass on the white/varsity red 6′s, and the Wallenburg’s are ok, put i dont like the black on the mid sole, kinds eff’s the shoe up imo
@ G-Roc, not that my opinion matters but not really feeling the new look of TSG, i see how your trying to have a section for featured articles, a section for general TSG news, a section for nike news and a section for jordan news, i kind of liked the old set up before, its not as fancy as the new set up but it was a little easier to see what the articles were about before(nice little summary, bigger pic, etc)

About the site..high res graphic look very slick but load time suffers as a result…Im not sure if Im really digging the new format..Its kinda like CheeseCake Factory..theres just wayyyyy to much stuff going on…When the menu is 45 pages long sometimes A lot of really good sh*t gets missed…Or it can go the other way..When you try to do TOOO much nothing ends up perfect but rather everything is average…Great restaurants only have 5 to 10 things on there menu but you KNOW everything is BANGING…Much like TSG…G only reports the stuff we NEED to know..no filler…Just my opinion.

One of the biggest things I regret, is not copping the Flint XIII’s back in in the day. WTF was i thinking?

I gotta agree with the others, not really feeling the new layout. Can’t find the “newest” info right away, you have to search like 2-3 different places, where before you just scrolled, I dont wanna miss out on anything. I also think depending on which version of Explorer you are using some things load crazy. Streets calling for the app G-Roc. Kinda like C-Brown said about the menu, it reminds me of a department store, too many sections to look at…I just walk out and go right to boutique/specialty stores. This could turn into the “Facebok revolt of ’09″

Varsity 6′s= Like em but not in love with them. i think its a pass for now. Not a huge JB head and and theres alot of other heat I’m focusing on right now. I will probably copp the 2′s though.
Wallenburg’s actually look pretty good considering what SB releases now-a-days.

the adidas are the only thing worth copn for me. I had the OG flints and that was enough So I’ll be passing if they retro them again. SMH at JB if they retro the flints again before they retro the playoffs.
Word’s out that the Flint XIIIs are releasing in November of this year. NO exact date, but I’m coppin’ anyway lol. Wallenburgs are pretty hot, I do need some green in my wardrobe. VIs are still hot, even if they’re not infrared. Fullingtons are ok, I hope the high-cut sneaker craze dies down this year. @G-Roc, I liked the old layout better, but I respect the decision to try to better the site, and more power to ya lol. I agree with Mello, an app is needed. My essay is done.

Hey props to G-roc feeling the layout or not…i will say this though, when you do hit the link to what your lookiong for the layout after the jumpe looks great! I guess what everyones sayin is if it was like the previous TSG layout but with this modification then it’ll b all thumbs up, I can read so its not an incovenience to me.

The VI’s are straight. Already got a pair of Flint XIII’s. Matter of fact wore them to Wal-Mart today to buy groceries. Good shoe but don’t like them enough to buy a second pair. Will get the VI’s though. Maybe.

My only “initial” concern regarding the new lay-out is that articles/posts seem much smaller and seemingly insignificant. One of the main features of this site that drew me away from others was the fact that each new post SMACKED YOU IN THE FACE. There was nothing too look for when spot checking to see if new info was up on TSG, just a quick F5 and you automatically knew… With this layout, the exposure of each post seems somewhat diminished. However, I do like having recent posts lined up on the side-bar. Clicking “previous page” repeatedely could get a bit onerous at times. Just my $.02.
That being said, NOT BAD FOR DAY ONE. All change takes some getting used to, thanks for the effort TSG Staff & Co.

Yeah, initially I liked the new layout. But now I think it’s too busy. There’s too many buttons, and too much to look at. How will people find my funny, and derisive comments in this sea of buttons?
Yoooooo what up G-ROC!!!!! Wanted to say the page looks NICE… tripped me out for a sec tho… thought I clicked on a side tab or sumthing…. Newho bout the only thing interesting are the flints IMO… but honestly I’m taking a break on Jays ever since they raised the price past a buck fifty on retros… that’s just to much of a mark up for me and the quality ain’t even what it use to be would anyone disagree??? First, I’d like to thank everyone for their continued support. Thank you.
I’d also like to thank everyone for their feedback. Trust me, I feel ya’ll, it’s definitely “different”. As you may have noticed, the site is still in the beta stage. We’re testing things out, and we also have another option that everyone might like better. However, if that option doesn’t work for the both of us – TSG and TSGers, then we will most likely switch back to the previous layout.
I totally agree with the bigger pics and content being right in your face, when talking about the previous layout. However, there’s a few things I like better with this layout. I want YOU to be pleased just as much as I want to be pleased.
Stay with us as we will be making a few more changes. Don’t be surprised if you wake up one morning and see the old layout again. We are working on this, so be patient.
Once again, thank you all for your feedback. I’m still tired from being up all night/morning working on the site. Expect more news tomorrow, and thank you for all the love and support.

Okay my thoughts on the new layout….I think there should be a dedicated SC section located on the main page…in auburn or raiders colors…that would awesome…IMO…
