The Shoe Game uNCUT

Finally we have tons of detailed pics of the upcoming Nike Air Tech Challenge. These samples arrived today and now we all have a better idea of what to expect. Now that I’ve seen them in person they don’t look that bad, but it’s nothing like the originals. The worst part is these don’t feature the original tennis ball logo on the back.

It doesn’t bother me that the hot lime has been changed to sonic yellow. I’m not even trippin on them being retroed, but to replace the tennis is just total disrespect. Don’t get me wrong they put a “bootleg” tennis ball on the back with a Nike swoosh in the middle. Think about the OG’s having the flying tennis ball with the speckled backround on the back. Then once you see the new logo it just seems like a joke.

Overall they don’t look as bad as I thought, and the materials are decent. However it’s just something about having the OG’s. Remember these are samples and Nike might make some changes (who knows). These are set to release in Summer 2007. Detailed pics brought to you 1st by TheShoeGame.com
