The people (Diamond Supply Co.) that brought us the Holy Grail status Tiffany SB Dunk will soon debut their Brilliant Cut Sneaker. Three years later Nick and the boys over at Diamond Supply Co. are still blessing the sneaker community with the beautiful Aqua/Black colorway. Their Brilliant Cut Sneaker silhouette resembles the Converse Chuck Taylor, and their well branded Diamond logo is seen on the side & tongue. Here’s an update on the latest Nike Blazer High drops for the greatest month of the year - September. Nike has truly blessed Blazer heads all year long and the Blazer releases keep getting better and better. When Nike goes the simple route, they win every time. Take that as a bit of advice Nike, and with that said keep the simplicity ball rolling.
Ms. Yoshi leaked sample pictures of the womens Nike Blazer High with the cement swoosh back in April, and they have finally dropped. As for the other two Blazer Hi’s, both are mens releases that feature a mixture of leather and suede. These new Blazer drops have hit some accounts already, but they will land at most accounts in September. Thanks to Proper for the images.
And the countdown continues with the 5/18 CDP, and the packs will be available tomorrow (8/23/08). 2008 is flying by, and the Air Jordan Countdown Packs will be coming to an end soon, but we all know it’s still more to come. Once again the 5/18 Air Jordan CDP drops tomorrow…is there really anything else to say? You know the drill by now, $210 for kids and $310 for men.
It’s been much hype behind Nike’s Sportswear 21 Mercer Street store, and last night was the super crunk block party. Tons of celebs were on hand, and you had to be on the V.I.P. list to join the fun. The store was suppose to open it’s doors at noon today (8/22/08), but the cash registers were out of order so they didn’t open until 2:30pm. Sneakerheads camped out for a shot at getting the 2008 Infrared Air Max 90, which sold out quickly. People have been talking about the 21 Mercer St. Sportswear store for a while, and Cool Hunting got video footage of the store.

The Nike Air Yeezy release mystery continues, and SoleCollector recently released some info that led many people to think the Air Yeezy’s wouldn’t drop. We’re not doubting their sources or questioning SC, but Ibn Jasper aka Ferrari Murakami was recently interviewed and he released some Nike Air Yeezy info. Ibn is a Image Consultant that’s very close friends with Kanye West, so he should know the scoop. Peep his statement below:

?uestlove just casued massive campouts all over the US with his Air Questo AF1 from Nike’s 1World Project. Up next is the San Diego Chargers running back “LaDainian Tomlinson”. That’s right, Nike gave LT a crack at designing his own AF1 for the 1World Project. LT stated that he wanted to keep it clean, something he could wear with anything. These are indeed very clean and the leather sets these motherlovers off.
Don’t get it twisted, Hiroshi Fujiwara didn’t have anything to do with these. The bolt logo on the side represents “LT”…get it? The LT 1World AF1 will drop next month, so don’t start lining up yet. via Complex
We ALL know that Jordan Brand loves using cement print, and it’s obvious when we continue to see kicks like this. The Black/Cement Air Jordan 3 definitely has a lot of relatives, and you can now add this upcoming Jordan 2.5 to the list. As you can see, the Cement 2.5’s were inspired by the Black/Cement AJ3, but surely you prefer the 3’s over these.
However, the colorway is sooo dope it’s hard to say no sometimes. Last month we reported on some upcoming 2.5 samples that will drop next year, so we have to assume the Cement 2.5’s will arrive next year as well. via Fatboy
Footlocker’s NYC House of Hoops has been dropping exclusive Nike footwear every freaking week, well at least that’s how it feels. With that said, NYC House of Hoops released another exclusive today, and this time around they dropped the 2008 Olympic Air Force 180. According to the info provided, these Air Force 180’s pay homage to “I am not a role model” Charles Barkley’s days with the Philly 76ers. Philly Cheesesteak is seen along the insole, which actually makes you hungry rather than think about Philadelphia. via KATC

Remember MJ’s #1 fan? We featured him in Volume 13 of Show Me Your Sneaker Collection. Sean D was the guy with all the Air Jordans/clothing, and the Air Jordan H2 Hummer. Do you remember now? He recently made another video which shows off Air Jordans 1-XX3. It’s millions of Jordan fans out there, but this guy just might be MJ’s #1 fan. Does anyone care to estimate the value of his Jordan Collection? One things for sure, it’s worth some serious paper.
Today we continue our coverage on Nike’s 2009 sneaker releases. As you can see Nike will bring back some classic models, and they will continue to release new colorways of their popular models. TSG broke the news about the return of the Air Tailwind ‘92, and expect to see the OG colors return as well as some new drops.
