Nike Suffers Another Sneaker Blowout after Aaron Gordon Dunk
One of the best Dunkers in the NBA just suffered a Nike sneaker blowout.
The Orlando Magic faced the Philapheldia 76ers last night as Aaron Gordon went up high for an almost impossible alley oop dunk. It was incredible. However, his landing... not so much.
While coming back down from Space, Aaron Gordon's Nike Hyperrev 2016's completely tore apart. The upper detached from the midsole leaving his feet and insoles exposed. Gordon was forced to immediately exit the game.
How Sway? How does a brand new Nike silhouette just tear apart like that?
In the case of Swaggy P, Tony Wroten and even Manu Ginobili, they were all wearing pretty old sneakers. Aaron Gordon was not.
Hopefully this is just a one off case for the Nike Hyperrev 2016. It's a really bad look for a new Nike Basketball sneaker to explode in this manner. Watch the insane dunk above that lead to the destruction of a pair of shoes.
