The come up!

Remember Khalid Ali, former Laker's Ball Boy, who convinced Michael Jordan to give away his game shoes and autograph them right after the game? Well, those 1984 Nike Air Ships signed and worn by MJ were projected to sell for around $50,000.

According to Darren Rovell, the final bid that won the auction totaled $71,553! Now that's a true come up. Khalid Ali even admitted that he hated the Bulls, but he knew Michael Jordan was going to be a special player, so he was determined to get some memorabilia he could later profit from. I wonder how MJ feels about this guy?
