Who Currently Has the Best NBA Signature Shoe?

G-Roc

Let's discuss. Which player has the best signature shoe?

Look what Michael Jordan and Nike created. It's a beautiful thing, but let's be honest, all designs are not beautiful. That's why this is a great topic for a discussion.

The image above highlights 12 signature shoes, and the funny part is there are missing models. For example, Chris Paul, Derrick Rose, Klay Thompson, and more are missing in action.

Even the newest member, Donovan Mitchell, to the signature shoe club made the cut. However, no shots at models not featured, but I think the goal was to focus on the better designs. *shrugs*

We might not all agree about who has the best shoe currently, but I think we can all agree that 90s basketball shoe designs were ahead of their time. The Air Penny 2 alone still looks better than most new signature shoes.

In your opinion, who currently has the best shoe? Let's discuss in the comments.

Basketball kicks are and have always been weird...problem is that the more technical you make them the more you potentially take them away from sportswear (lifestyle) culture....Jordans (lower numbered) are for the most part Sportswear....they are not even close to being comfortable enough to be in conversation around performance in todays market....Lebrons are most likely the closest in terms of dancing the line of performance and lifestyle but after the 9's even that started to fade....So athletes want something to wear on the court that performs and sneakerheads want something that looks fresh with whatever you want to throw on....Right now...no one in Basketball is blending that line so I would say Basketball kicks are dead...how long it stays that way??? Lets see what Yeezy does.....might change everything
